OH~ Bless your heart!
What a time you are having!!!
I need to send our Samantha in that DD got for Christmas but, I'm scared that they will mess her up worse!!! Her legs are so loose it's pathetic!
I was going to call CS today about her but, now I'm kind of scared!
Sam was bought in Dec. and of course we didn't know about the legs until after DD opened her and then we got Jess in Feb. and I'm very disappointed with her hair around the edge of her wig. DD loves her Jess and doesn't want another so I don't know what we'll do yet. I wonder if you shouldn't buy a doll as soon as they come out, if you should wait awhile to be sure they've worked out all of the kinks?
Oh, well....we'll figure out something!
Hope things greatly improve for you!

Call CS and tell them what happened, or write a letter to the CS department so these things won't happen in the future.

Oh my , you have had terrible luck with AG.
I would be pretty discouraged about everything too.
And yes, do ask them to cover the costs of the shipping, after all it wasn't your fault.
I do hope your next month brings you nothing but joy.

In the past couple of months we've sent two dolls in for repairs. Gracie (Kailey) to have an arm re-attatched and Nellie to have her eyelashes taken care of. AG sent a return mailing label and box and both the dolls came back really fast and in beautiful condition. There has to be a silver lining at AGH for you, don't give up. ~Bugs

I am so sorry to hear about your awful AG month. I am sure that in another month or less everything will be a lot better.
